The major function of the tourism is to encourage people to travel because of them it will generate revenue it  either they are leisure traveller or business traveller what matters a lot when they travel they definitely spend money on lodging and food some people also spend on recreation while on traveling.

2. Food and Beverage:


The food and beverage sector which is professionally known by its initials as F&B is the largest segment of the hospitality industry. In simple words food and beverage can be defined as the process of preparing, presenting and serving food and beverages to the guest. It can be anywhere like hotels, restaurants, cafes, pubs, on and off the premises. When a restaurant is part of a hotel, services it renders can enhance the guest experience by providing excellent food and first-class customer service.

Restaurant:


A restaurant is a place where cooked food is sold to the public, the food either being eaten in the establishment, or taken away for consumption. Restaurants also provide customers with drinks service. Some restaurants are a chain, meaning that there are restaurants which have the same name and serve the same food.

This section of the hospitality industry includes fine dining restaurants, takeaway restaurants, fast food restaurants and a variety of other restaurant types.


Catering:



Catering services are food services provided within the particular site, or in a more remote location, where food and drink are not necessarily the main service provided such as catering provided at parks, a hotel, arenas, hospital, aircraft, cruise ship, filming site, entertainment site, or event venue and on certain forms of public transport.

Caterers are known for providing preparation, delivery, and presentation of food for any event or party.


Bars and Pubs:


Bars main priority is alcoholic drinks and soft drinks, but it may also offer additional entertainment while cafe generally offers coffee, Tea and other snack items


Night Club:


Night club is an entertainment venue during night time usually serving food and liquor and providing music and space for dancing and often having a stage for live music shows. A nightclub is generally distinguished from regular bars, pubs but one of the primary and most basic reasons why people go to nightclubs is dance culture.


Tea and Coffee shops:


Tea and coffee shops provide a similar function like cafes. The main serving of this is varieties of teas and coffees.


3. Accommodation:

The term accommodation refers to a room, building or lodging where someone may live or stay and is important to any tourists who want to travel to another destination or on a trip as you are always going to need a place to stay . There are many different types of spaces that classify as accommodation but first we need to know accommodation is split into two parts, serviced and non serviced which are different from each other.

In this type of accommodation, service is provided along with an overnight stay. serviced accommodation is where there are maid services such as room cleaners which change your bed, a laundryman towels and also serve food and drink to you when it is needed. service accommodation can be categorize:

Non Service Accommodation:


In this type of accommodation are campsites that are classed as non-serviced which means tourists will have to cater for themselves, for example clean up after yourselves and cook your own food. This is what makes them cheaper than a serviced accommodation.


4. Entertainment and Recreation:



Entertainment and recreation refers to all those activities that people choose to do to refresh their bodies and minds and make their leisure time more interesting and enjoyable. Examples of recreation activities are walking, swimming, meditation, gym, playing games and dancing.
